Great experience! Great selection of fresh seafood and even options for “land lubbers”! Plenty of seating inside and out. The fish tacos were excellent! Definitely worth a visit while in the area!

Fantastic Lunch Spot in Redondo Beach! ​Kristina and I stopped into Captain Kidd's Fish Market & Restaurant to check out their lunch special, which runs daily until 3 PM. We were certainly not disappointed! ​For our meals, Kristina ordered the fish sandwich and I chose the traditional burger. Both options were absolutely fantastic—truly great food all around. It's awesome to find a place that completely nails both their seafood and a classic burger. ​Beyond the food, the location itself is incredibly accommodating. There is plenty of seating available, including a wonderful outdoor area that is perfect for enjoying the beautiful coastal weather. ​Highly recommend swinging by if you are in Redondo Beach looking for a casual, satisfying bite! ​- Gordon

had a great experience at Captain Kidd’s. The seafood was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with beautiful waterfront views that make the meal even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly even during busy hours. I especially loved the variety of seafood options and the generous portions. Everything tasted fresh, from the fish to the sides, and the quality was well worth it. Whether you're a seafood lover or just looking for a relaxing place to eat by the harbor, Captain Kidd’s is definitely worth a visit. We come here all the time!

My family’s experience at Captain kids Fish market was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and the seafood was very fresh! The food option from the restaurant were also very delectable. We got the fish and chips and the New England clam chowder from the restaurant and the quality and taste did not disappoint. The outdoor patio dining and the view of Redondo Beach made the restaurant look welcoming and casual. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Captain kids Fish market and my family and I am hoping to come back soon!

The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. However, the seating area could use some cleaning. We visited during off-peak hours, and there was no line when we arrived. Some tables were dirty, there were cobwebs, and the bathrooms needed a refresh. Despite these minor issues, the food was great, and my kids loved it. Their portions were generous, and the seafood was very fresh.
